Welcome to RoverFlex. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting any tasks.
1. Independent Contractor Relationship
The tasks provided on this platform are performed as an Independent Contractor. Your use of RoverFlex does not create a legal employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership. You are solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, and National Insurance contributions required by UK law.
2. Account Compliance & Eligibility
• Identity: Users must provide accurate and truthful identity information during registration.
• Anti-Fraud: The use of automated scripts (Bots), multiple account operations, or any fraudulent means to claim tasks is strictly prohibited.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 23 years old to participate in the high-value tasks offered by RoverFlex.
3. Compensation & Audit Standards
Compensation is strictly result-oriented.
- Settlements are triggered only after tasks have been audited and approved for quality.
- RoverFlex reserves the right to reject tasks and withhold payment if performance is deemed substandard, incomplete, or achieved through deceptive behaviour.
- No minimum salary is guaranteed; earnings depend entirely on the volume and quality of tasks successfully completed.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All research reports, testing feedback, data analysis, and creative outputs generated during the course of your tasks are the exclusive property of the Task Publisher. By submitting work, you waive any claims to intellectual property rights over said work.
5. Termination of Service
Any violation of compliance (e.g., providing false reports, using scripts, or identity fraud) will result in the immediate freezing of your account. In such cases, any remaining balance may be forfeited to compensate for losses incurred by the platform or publishers.
